The State of Renewable Energy in Portugal via the e2p Portal

APREN and INEGI have relaunched the e2p – Energias Endógenas de Portugal portal, gathering data on every renewable power plant in the country.

The Portuguese Renewable Energy Association (APREN), together with INEGI, has relaunched the e2p – Energias Endógenas de Portugal portal (available at e2p.inegi.up.pt), aiming to detail the state of renewable energy in the country, including the number of installations and their geographic distribution.

The platform covers every renewable power plant — wind, hydro (large and small), solar PV, biogas, biomass, wave and tidal — providing data on manufacturers, technologies, developers, operators, locations and installed capacity. New features were also added to identify the origin of the electricity consumed in Portugal and the price at which it is traded.
