Preliminary Assessment (Case-by-Case) of a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS)

StartSimple prepared the Preliminary Assessment (Case-by-Case Screening), under the RJAIA and Annex III of the regime, for a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) intended to store surplus renewable energy and strengthen electrical grid stability. The analysis addressed the project's environmental and territorial aspects, verifying compliance with regulatory requirements and assessing the potential for significant impacts, based on the character, location and scale of the system.
