Case-by-case preliminary assessment of a BESS in the Oeste region, Lisbon district, under the RJAIA.
StartSimple carried out a Preliminary Assessment (Case-by-Case Screening) under the RJAIA for a BESS project in the Oeste region, Lisbon district, assessing whether a full EIA was required through analysis of the project's technical characteristics and potential impacts. The work identified territorial constraints such as REN, RAN, watercourses, forest areas and easements, preliminarily assessed noise, safety, emissions and land-use compatibility, and proposed mitigation measures for the construction and operation phases.
