StartSimple carried out a Preliminary Assessment (Case-by-Case Screening) under the RJAIA for a solar PV plant in Alentejo Central, Évora district, to determine whether the project should undergo a full EIA or qualify for a simplified framework. The work included technical characterisation of the project, analysis of environmental and territorial constraints using GIS and official databases, and proposed mitigation measures to support the sustainable integration of the infrastructure.
