RAN Non-Agricultural Land Use Request — Wind Project in the Algarve

StartSimple prepared a non-agricultural land use request for National Agricultural Reserve (RAN) land for two turbines of a wind project in the Algarve. The process demonstrated that the impact on agricultural land would be minimal and that the project was essential to meeting energy and environmental targets, and was submitted to the Regional Agricultural Reserve Authorities (ERRA) with the required technical and legal documentation.
