StartSimple prepared the DIA Compliance Demonstration Report (RDCD) covering the status of the operational phase of a wind farm located in southern Portugal, in compliance with the conditions set out in the Environmental Impact Statement (DIA) and the opinion on the Environmental Compliance Report of the Execution Project (RECAPE). The report was prepared in response to a request from the Portuguese Environment Agency (APA), as part of the post-assessment process, and in accordance with Ordinance No. 395/2015 of 4 November, which requires the submission of a systematised status report on compliance with the imposed measures and conditions.
