Environmental Impact Reassessment for the Repowering of a Wind Farm in Southern Portugal

StartSimple was responsible for coordinating and preparing an Environmental Impact Reassessment Technical Note for the repowering project of a wind farm located in southern Portugal, a document required before licensing and the start of works due to changes in the execution project's layout. The technical note assessed the changes introduced to the heritage, landscape, ecology and ambient noise descriptors, updating the impact assessment and re-examining the applicability of mitigation measures, proposing new actions to reduce negative impacts and reinforce positive ones.
