RJAIA Screening Request (Case-by-Case Analysis) — Photovoltaic Solar Plant

StartSimple prepared a Screening Request under the Environmental Impact Assessment Legal Regime (PERJAIA) for a photovoltaic solar plant project located in northern Portugal. The technical document assessed whether the project had the potential to cause significant environmental impacts, taking into account its nature, location and scale, according to the criteria set out in Annex III of the Environmental Impact Assessment Legal Regime. The submission was made through the SILiAmb platform, following a Case-by-Case Analysis result obtained in the project's prior simulation.
