DIA Compliance Demonstration Report (RDCD) — Wind Farm in the Municipality of Baião

StartSimple prepared the DIA Compliance Demonstration Report (RDCD) covering the status of the operational phase of a wind farm located in the municipality of Baião. The report aimed to ensure compliance with the conditions set out in the Environmental Impact Statement (DIA) and in the opinion on the Environmental Compliance Report of the Execution Project (RECAPE), including verification of compliance with the Recovery Plan for Intervened Areas (PRAI), compensation measures and monitoring programmes. The report was prepared in response to a request from the Portuguese Environment Agency (APA), as part of the post-assessment process, and in accordance with Ordinance No. 395/2015 of 4 November.
