DIA Compliance Demonstration Report (RDCD) — Wind Farm
Preparation of a DIA Compliance Demonstration Report for the operation phase of a wind farm in Northern Portugal.
StartSimple was responsible for preparing the DIA Compliance Demonstration Report (RDCD) covering the status of the operation phase of a wind farm in Northern Portugal, in fulfilment of the conditions set out in the Environmental Impact Statement (DIA), following the opinion on the RECAPE (Environmental Conformity Report of the Executive Project). Preparation of this report responds to the request of the EIA Authority (APA — Portuguese Environment Agency), under the post-evaluation process and the provisions of Ordinance No. 395/2015 of 4 November, specifically point 2 of Annex V, which requires a systematised status report on the means, deadlines and responsibilities defined for implementing the measures and conditions imposed by the DIA, with compliance demonstrated through objective evidence.
